Woohoo! I want to now be called RAMBO! (Though it will be very confusing for Mother whose favourite mouse is called Rambo) I received my first BATTLE WOUND! On my neck too! So hot. So macho. I’ll have a sexy scar to show off to the ladies this weekend at the dog run!
Remember that crazy little jack russell terrier hanging off me in the video I posted not long ago? The sister of the brother I was annoying? Yes, well, she actually BIT ME! 2 weeks ago! YES! I KNOW! HOW COOL IS THAT! What? Not cool? Why is everyone like Mother!! She also thinks it’s not cool. She thinks I’m nuts too for the following reasons (I quote):
1. “You didn’t yelp or whine or anything! You just took it silently?!? You? Drama queen of the year? The dog that tripped over his own feet while being chased by a husky and screamed bloody murder and made me think you broke your leg when all you got was a tiny scratch!??”
2. “How can you continue to hound the brother and hang around the sister the whole time they were at the dog run?? I remember that day – you didn’t want to leave their table until they had left! Why would you want to be near the dog that just bit you??”
3. “You crazy little mutt! You even played with the JRT that bit you last week!! Don’t tell me you can’t remember the scent of the one that attacked you? Is this like some sort of canine Stockholm syndrome where you love the dog that attacked you??”
Mother doesn’t actually blame the JRT for biting me, because she says I deserve it for annoying the crap out of the JRT’s brother. It’s not a deep wound anyway. My collar got in the way and she thinks only two fangs punctured my neck. We went to the vet and he shaved off a bit of fur there (I told him not too much because I still want to look super handsome) and gave me an antibiotic jab that made me woozy and lethargic. I missed the sheltie gathering because of that (and the rain)!
I’m all better now if you were wondering. It’s healed nicely and Mother thinks there actually won’t be a scar. DANG IT!
OH YES!! Did I tell you? I was trying to push the boundaries and test the water last weekend! Being my naughty rebellious adolescent self, I was on Mother’s couch in her room doing my cute digging thing and amusing her while she watched me with her camera in hand. Then!! Guess what I did!! GUESS!!
I LIFTED MY LEG AND PEED ON THE COUCH AND THE COUCH PILLOW!! Teeheeheeheehee. Boy it was hilarious! I was looking right at Mother when I did it! You should have seen Mother’s face! Her jaw dropped and her eyes were wide like saucers! Then of course, she gathered her wits and before the last trickle of pee left my body, she said Bad Boy! picked me up and dumped me in my time out area. I was given a 45 minute time out!! But you know, between you and me, it was well worth it!! Heehee. SSSSHHH!!!!

Wow! 45 minutes time out! I havent tried that though. The most was half an hour coz I was barking mad. Mummy said I ought to learn my lesson since I haven’t been barking and suddenly, there he blows!
Mummies are weird. I love peeing around different places. Daddy’s bed is the best place but so far, I’ve only done it 2 times coz daddy leaves me in the room with him and I can’t go out! Daddy is also the best. He doesn’t scold me coz he knows it’s his fault. Hiak!
Well Romeo, you better not hang out with the JRT and his brother anymore. It’s dangerous you know? To get puncture marks, the JRT would have bit really hard. You got to take care of yourself, brother! Prince is the only one who has warned me but I still like him, and Prince won’t bite. Friend friend maaaaaaa…
oh goodness!! i heard mummy saying she wants to learn how to do a “time out” in case one day she needs to do it on me…but im good at not being caught in the act…tee hee…
i hope u are better now Romeo…hug hug
Romeo ! we hope you are better now, the girls ( Diva n Ruthie) think you look great alr w/o any war wounds
Fraser got bitten by a crazy JRT once at PM too, that silly boy tried shaking him off by standing there, shake n look at mom for help -_- mommy almost screamed at the JRT’s mom but she just gave her a disgusted look n waited until she leave before letting us back into the dogrun. so mommy is always on the lookout for untrained JRTs !
Oh no! Then I better be careful of JRTs in the future! They are a hyperactive breed and their mummies and daddies ought to try to control them better!
My poor friends! I hope Fraser is ok now! Fraser mummy, next time you show who is boss!
Fraser wasn’t hurt at all ! hahas mommy freaked out and check him over and over again to make sure
the JRT attacked him several times too before mommy came to the rescue !!!
Fraser was attacked too? Geez! Some of these JRTs are fierce! I’m glad Fraser didn’t get bitten, altho’ I’m sure he’d love a sexy scar like me! Tell the girlies Diva & Ruthie that I said “How you doin’” ok?
Kayla, my Mother is currently reading up why time outs work so that she can “refine” time outs for me and make them as effective as possible. I hope she doesn’t share the info with your mum, but I won’t bet on that coz Mother has a big mouth!
Taylor, don’t worry! I don’t think Prince likes me very much either! He likes to show me he’s boss alot! Don’t get caught peeing on your daddy’s bed!!
Gosh Romeo! I didn’t know you were bitten! Was it last Saturday? I was at the dog run on Sunday and I don’t remember any agressive JRTs.
You still look great to me. My Mummy thinks the way you swagger in the park is too cool. Maybe I should learn to saunter and swagger like you instead of trotting and limping.
Diva and Ruthie : hello Romeo~ ( as in ‘deal or no deal’ )
mommy and daddy : ROTFL !!
Chow Chow, no it was the Saturday before that. She wasn’t really aggressive tho’, no growling or anything like that. She just jumped on my back (see the video I posted some posts back) and grabbed on to my fur/neck! I’ll teach you the swagger! It gets the big dogs riled up at me. Pfft. I didn’t really have much fun at the dog run yesterday tho’ coz of this irish setter that just went MAD when he saw me (and then later went mad at a husky too). Freaked me out! I spent the rest of the morning walking around Mother’s legs!
Diva & Ruthie, hello ladies! We must meet up soon. I love being surrounded by beauties!
